New construction in Falmouth, Cape Cod with beach rights. Multiple level house with exposed roof trusses, natural cedar siding with numerous indoor/outdoor spaces, including a screened porch and outdoor shower. Walking the site prior to design helped to inform the schematic plans with respect to views, solar orientation, prevailing winds, and privacy.
