A new addition at the rear of an existing single family home, built in an area of similar style structures by the same builder. New front entry to increase the street front elevation, as well as a rear deck overlooking a rear yard that slopes to a local stream.  Existing conditions discovered during demolition included a foundation without footings, which mandated a complex structural layout.
