This existing single family home with waterviews in Gloucester, MA was looking to add a studio and two car garage. Extensive ledge, wetlands on the property, and zoning constraints made for a very tight site. With special permit application and approval, a new light filled connection to the studio acts as a new home entry, and helps to connect the structure to the site.
